At Open Sky Patio, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our Refund & Return Policy is designed to provide clear guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please review the details below.


1. Cancellations

1.1 Before Order Ships
You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it ships. To cancel, please contact us promptly via email at sales@openskypatio.com.

1.2 Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. These items are created specifically for your order. If you are unsure whether your order is custom, please reach out to us for clarification.


2. Returns

2.1 Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for return.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

2.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please email sales@openskypatio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.

2.4 Shipping Costs
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee may apply to outright returns. For exchanges, we may assist with some of the costs depending on the product and circumstances.

2.5 BOGO Promotions
For Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotions, both items must be returned to receive a full refund. If only one item is returned, you will receive either a replacement of that item or store credit for its value. Return shipping and potential restocking fees apply.


3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

3.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at purchase.

3.3 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, contact us at sales@openskypatio.com.


4. Shipping Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 6-8 business days. Please note that delays may occur, and we appreciate your patience.


5. Damages

Inspect your package upon delivery. If there is any visible damage, note it when signing for delivery and email photos of the damage, packaging, and SKU to sales@openskypatio.com within 24 hours. Claims for freight damage will not be accepted after this period.


6. Warranty

Warranties vary by manufacturer and are detailed on individual product pages. Warranty claims for damages occurring after delivery must be reported within 30 days of receipt.


7. Additional Terms

  • Return Shipping and Re-consignment Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any re-consignment fees due to customer error unless otherwise stated.
  • Chargebacks: We strive to resolve any issues promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks are considered theft, and customers will be held liable. Please contact us directly to resolve any concerns.
