We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are shipped on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

1.2 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information once the item has shipped.


2. Shipping Times

2.1 Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time is 6-8 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and current shipping conditions.

2.2 Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please be aware that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Standard Shipping
We offer standard shipping for all orders. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery location.

3.2 Shipping Fees for Returns
If you need to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. In the case of a replacement or exchange, we may assist with some of the shipping costs depending on the product and circumstances.

3.3 Cancellation Fees
For outright returns, a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will apply. For exchanges, we may be able to help cover some of the costs.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5.2 Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet been dispatched.


6. International Shipping

6.1 International Orders
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
